Bought a firearm online or from a private seller out of state? Have it shipped to HSV GUNS and we’ll handle the transfer to you here in Hot Springs Village, Arkansas.
How it works
- Contact us first. Call 501-288-9098 or email eric@hsvguns.com before you buy, and we’ll send a copy of our FFL to you or the seller.
- Pay the transfer fee. Buy an Inbound FFL Transfer ($20 per firearm) online, or pay when you pick up.
- Have the seller ship to us. The seller ships to HSV GUNS using our FFL details. Put your name on the order so we can match it to you.
- We call you when it arrives. We check the firearm in and let you know it’s ready.
- Pick up. Bring a valid government-issued photo ID. You’ll fill out ATF Form 4473 and we run the NICS background check. Once you’re approved, it’s yours.
Good to know
- You must be 18 or older for a rifle or shotgun, and 21 or older for a handgun, frame or receiver.
- Transfers must be completed within 30 days of the item’s arrival. After 30 days a storage fee of $100.00 per month applies, and items left 180 days are considered abandoned (see our Terms and Conditions).
- NFA items (Title II) are processed on ATF Form 4 — contact us before ordering.
- If you’re denied on the background check, the item can’t be released to you. Contact us about your options.
